Xavier Pinckney, 25, is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sports Management. Before his new career in fitness, Xavier graduated from Plymouth State University while playing 3 years of college football. In 2020, the pandemic caused his 2020-2021 season to be suspended. With coaches, mentors & family helping to find a new purpose outside of football, after graduation, Xavier grew a new passion for fitness, bodybuilding & the overall betterment of one’s health.
After approximately two years working hard on his own health in the gym, Xavier explored the idea of wanting to train others, to share his knowledge & to learn from others to become even better. In early March of 2023, Xavier became a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) & is dedicated with his clients to become more comfortable, stronger & healthier in their body.
He’s dedicated to tailoring fitness routines to your specific goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength building, or overall well-being. Xavier’s motivational guidance and personalized support make remote training feel as effective as an in-person session. When he’s not helping clients break a sweat, you’ll find him researching new fitness trends to help achieve his clients goals.
